Global Warming -------YOU THINK ?

I don't know, but I must say something is happening. The southern United States has tempeture drops in the 20's. Texas has a White Christmas. Nature kills in the Phillipines. Runaway tsunami's ravage the Asian continent. Tell me what you think. Whats your story ? The jury is still out for me.

The tsunami is the result of the bombings that have been going on in the Fallujuah region since 2001. The earth itself has been severely shook so much since the war...until unfortunately we can anticipate more earthly destruction by "natural forces" due to man's demolition.

Global warming COULD lead to more extremes. If there is more heat absorbed in the tropics the thermal gradient could build causing larger planetary waves* to form. Especially if there is less heat transport in the oceans. But I'm not sure if there is evidence of that yet. As for tsunamis, they have nothing to do with global warming.

*(planetary waves are north-south amplitude waves in the atmosphere. Most people see them on weather maps as "arctic fronts" and the like.)

Great point Ken !
